The Team

Yogi Jacket is a startup in the lone star state, Texas. Our team consists of product designers, entrepreneurs, engineers, and supply chain experts. We believe in providing natural, holistic cure products that are free from negative side effects and improve the quality of life. 

We can personally relate to the everyday stresses of the modern world that leave us feeling like we’re not in control of our own lives due to anxiety, stress, and physical pain. To combat that, we researched and tried acupressure therapy ourselves and loved it. The challenge that we faced was incorporating the therapy into our daily routine on the go. That's when the idea of the world's first on-the-go acupressure Jacket, YOGI JACKET, was born.

How to use your Yogi Jacket/ Hoodie

 Back Duration20+ Minutes

Lying on your back is the most popular way to use Yogi Jacket. Recommended time duration is 20+ minutes. You can also take out the spike pad and place it on some soft surface like a bed if you are new to them. In the first minute, the skin will feel prickly and tingly. After 1 - minute skin feels warm and a bit tingly. After 4-6 minutes the full restoration begins and after 15-20 minutes body is in a deeply relaxed state. Slowly lower yourself onto the acupressure spikes to evenly distribute your weight across nails. If you are a beginner please use it on a soft surface and don't use it bare skin.
The Spike Pad inside the Yogi Jacket works on contact. Wear a t-shirt while using the spike pad, Once you are comfortable you can use it bare skin but make sure not to move when in contact with the spikes.
It takes about 15-20 days to show full benefits although individual results may vary.
                       

 

 

 Feet

Step on your spikes for a foot massage, stand still and the spikes will do the massage. If you prefer less intensity you can wear socks or sit down and rest your feet on the spikes.

Foot massage can increase your energy level within minutes and get rid of stress. For hand massage simply press your palms into the acupressure spike pad whenever you need to reset your thinking. You can also keep it under your computer table, so you can relieve stress whenever you feel the need.

 

 

The spikes pad can be used for areas like Neck, legs or any other area. For the neck, you can roll up your spike pad to target these areas. Applying the spike pas to the neck and shoulders soothes tired and tense muscles. Now you can get a neck and shoulder massage whenever you want with Yogi Jacket. You can take them anywhere with you to work or on a holiday.

 You can also use the Acupressure pad on your tummy. It can promote additional blood flow to the skin, which helps to keep it toned. It also helps to reduce cramps and bloating.

These are some of the popular ways to use the Yogi Jacket but there is no limit to using it. It can be also used for skin toning, on the thighs, butt and elsewhere! Initially, it will feel a bit uncomfortable but over time the benefits are unlimited and will outwit the initial uncomfortable feeling.

Using this product can be uncomfortable at first but after a few minutes of discomfort, it tends to transition into relaxation. Individual results may vary as we are all wired differently.
